We have found that a "one-on-one" situation works best for this class so a Private Class is the best way to go. Bring your old, your favorite, your damaged photos, family images or your unfinished images and we will work on your material. You supply the digital images and your goals and we'll go to work on them together. Work on your own photos and with them the things you would like to be able to do. This is an introductory course designed to get you familiar with a lot of the basic tools you can use in Photoshop. Experiment with some of the endless possibilities that Photoshop has to offer you- guided by a professional photographer who uses these tools daily.
 
Photoshop Basics: Dusting and spotting techniques. Learn how to tweek your color or achieve shocking effects.
 
Understand and use the functions of the toolbar:
 
- Dodging
- Burning
- Cloning
- Cropping
- Sizing
- Patch Tool
- Cutting a Path
- Adding Type to an Image
- Smoothing out bumps, scratches, folds and tears
 
No matter which version of PhotoShop you use, the skills you will learn in this class can be applied to other photo retouching programs as they tend to use some of the same basics.
